The problem was never your effort. It was the missing legal framework.

Most believers in bondage have tried more than they'll admit — prayer, fasting, counselling, deliverance sessions, accountability programs, inner healing.

Here's what nobody has told you: the methods most commonly taught are either incomplete or operating outside how the spiritual realm actually functions legally. 

An illegal method, no matter how sincerely applied, cannot produce a legal result.

Here are the four specific reasons most people are still stuck:

① Generational curses are being treated — not removed

Renouncing, repenting on behalf of ancestors, praying through family lines — these steps can bring temporary relief. But unless the legal tie between you and the curse is formally severed in the Court of Heaven, the curse retains its legal standing and returns. It never lost its right to be there.

② Common spiritual warfare methods are illegal in the spiritual realm

Binding, loosing, rebuking, breaking the devil's power — these feel authoritative, and believers use them sincerely.

But the spiritual realm operates under law, and those methods are actually illegal in the Heavenly realm.

When you operate outside that legal structure of the spiritual world, the enemy doesn't have to move.

He has a legal right to stay.

You can rebuke him every morning and he'll be back by afternoon — not because you lack faith, but because the legal agreement hasn't been properly addressed.

③ Most believers don't know the Court of Heaven exists — or how it functions

The Court of Heaven is not a metaphor.

It is the actual legal governing structure of the spiritual realm — where rulings are made, legal agreements are annuled, and the finished work of Jesus is enforced.

Most people have never been taught this, so they fight battles on the ground that were already won above, with no idea how to access the verdict of the Court.

④ Even those who receive a ruling don't know how to execute it

This is the piece almost nobody talks about.

When you receive a ruling from the Court of Heaven, that ruling must be executed — and the execution of a ruling requires a conscious awareness of where you are seated (at the right hand of God, in Christ) and who you are as a son of God with legal authority on the earth.

Think of it like a court judgment.

A judge can rule in your favor, but if no one shows up to enforce it, nothing changes.

In the spiritual realm, you are the Sheriff. You carry the ruling.

You execute it — in full awareness of your position in Christ, with the angels God sends to enforce what the Court has decreed.

Without this, even a legitimate ruling goes unexecuted. And the bondage remains.

Case Study #2: The Witch Who Lost All Her Power

In a one-on-one session, I learned that my client's ex-husband was now with a woman practicing witchcraft — and actively cursing my client.

Strange things were happening in her home.

Doors opening and closing.

Furniture moving.

She and her daughter were physically unwell and the atmosphere was crushing.

We went into the Court of Heaven.

We received a judgment against the spirit behind the witchcraft and asked God to adjudicate the situation.

As the ruling was executed, both my client and her daughter felt physically better — immediately.

The atmosphere in the house shifted.

The next day, my client received an email from the witch herself.

"Did you curse me? I don't have any power. I can't see anything in the spirit. My spirit guides are nowhere to be found. What did you do to me?"

No chaos.

No drama.

No spectacle.

Just the quiet, clean authority of the Court of Heaven doing exactly what it was designed to do.

When you know the law and you trust the process, you don't need to fight. You just need to present your case.
